The electrical, HVAC and plumbing are all underway and will be completed by the second week of November. Exterior brick is being completed around the base of the building, and scaffolding will be installed within days, so the stucco can be added to the top of the exterior walls by mid-month. For the interior, insulation and drywall will begin at the end of November, after all the Cat5 cabling has been installed.
The framing is complete and windows are in. We anticipate the building to be fully weathered in by the end of October.
PLEASE NOTE: Paving is scheduled for Monday, Oct 21st, weather permitting. Access through our entrance driveway will be intermittent.This should last for a few days. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
The basement walls are nearly finished and once completed they will backfill around the walls. The weather has been very cooperative and we are making good progress. We anticipate this phase to be completed by the beginning of October.
The back parking lot has the initial layer of asphalt and is now available for employee parking. The brick on the back wall by the former entrance has been removed. The basement is being dug. The concrete and steel will be added, then the framing will be done.
Please note that our exit driveway will be used for construction vehicle entrance and exit only. Guests can enter and park in designated spots in the entrance drive and exit via Consumer Tire's parking lot onto Rt 20/Mentor Ave. This should last about two months until the basement and framing work is finished.

We celebrated the start of the construction with a ceremonial first dig on Thursday, July 11 with many local leaders, including Senator John Eklund who gave a short speech.
The tentative start date for the building renovation will be Monday, July 22. The entry for clients and guests will be relocated to the west entrance (closest to 615). A temporary reception area and lobby will be located in the two offices closest to that door. There are five parking spaces that have been striped on the south side of the building, along the entrance driveway. Signs will be posted to help direct visitors.
Please keep in mind that the initial four weeks will be the hardest when it comes to parking/driveway access and will be subject to change a day at a time.
Construction has begun and the excavators are currently removing trees from the back property to expand the parking lot. The asphalt will be poured in a few weeks. Parking should not be affected for clients and guest at this time, although employee parking will be limited.
We will be breaking ground on the building project in just a few weeks. The first step will be to expand the back parking lot. Beginning late June, the lobby entrance will be temporarily relocated to North side entrance, near Center St. / Rt 615. Parking spaces will be striped along the South side of the driveway and on some days may be on the North side of the building. We appreciate your patience as the parking changes based on the status of the project.
During construction we will continue to be here to serve you as always. We will continue to see clients and do our regular meetings. We understand that people may prefer to chat on the phone or do Skype meetings, to avoid the noise, dirt and changing parking associated with this project. We enjoy meeting personally, but are happy to accommodate you with a call or video chat if you prefer. Just let us know when we reach out for your regular meeting. We expect to have the project completed by late October.
